25 ptsEvery bullet should open with an active power verb (Architected, Spearheaded, Engineered, Optimized). We deduct for passive duty phrases like “Responsible for” or “Helped with”, and for first-person pronouns, both of which signal a lack of technical ownership.
3. ATS Layout & Sections
