Instead, Fastlyy provides direct, verified links to the company’s official ATS application page so you maintain 100% control over your answers, resume version, and portfolio links.

We directly index all major tech ATS platforms, including Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, SmartRecruiters, Taleo, BambooHR, Jobvite, iCIMS, and custom proprietary enterprise career portals.

Inside your dashboard under My Companies (/dashboard/my-companies), you can select and follow target tech companies from our catalog of 1,000+ verified employers (how many you can follow depends on your pass). Roles at the companies you follow are prioritised, so they surface at the top of your feed.

Yes. Fastlyy includes a built-in application tracker on your dashboard (/dashboard). You can update any listing’s status from Saved to Applied, Interviewing, Offer, or Rejected, allowing you to manage your entire interview pipeline in one centralized place, and access your bookmarked roles under /dashboard/saved without needing external spreadsheets.

To help you stay consistent and build job search momentum, Fastlyy tracks your daily application activity. Your dashboard (/dashboard) includes a 28-day activity contribution grid, tracking your weekly streaks and unlocking milestones as you submit applications.

The Global Hiring Pulse (/pulse) is an interactive hiring momentum map that visualizes open engineering and tech roles across 250+ countries, US states, and major global tech hubs (such as San Francisco, New York, London, Berlin, Bengaluru, and Toronto) over 24-hour, 7-day, and 30-day timeframes.

Our AI scores your profile — resume, target roles, experience and preferences — against each job description and gives every role a 0–100% match score. The higher the score, the stronger the fit, and your feed puts your strongest matches first.

Scores are grouped into three tiers so you can scan your feed quickly: Strong Match (80%+) — a great fit, apply soon; Good Match (60–79%) — a solid fit worth a look; and Fair Match (below 60%) — a partial fit.

For each role, Fastlyy highlights skills from your profile that the job description asks for, so you can see at a glance why it was matched — and which experience to lead with in your application.

We accept PDF (.pdf) and Microsoft Word (.docx) documents up to 5MB. For best extraction accuracy, we recommend clean, text-based PDFs generated directly from Google Docs, Word, or LaTeX rather than scanned image documents.

Resume updates and full-profile re-indexing are limited to once every 24 hours. This ensures system stability, prevents duplicate compute loops, and maintains sub-second feed response times. Please ensure your document is finalized before uploading.

Roast My Resume is our AI-powered critique tool (available at /roast-my-resume) that analyzes your resume against tech hiring benchmarks. It provides a numeric ATS score, highlights missing metrics and weak verbs, points out formatting red flags, and offers honest, actionable suggestions to improve recruiter callback rates.

Anonymous visitors can run up to 2 free resume roasts per day. Once you create an account and log in, your limit expands to 7 resume roasts per rolling 24-hour period.

Yes. In your Profile Editor (/dashboard/profile), you can view your parsed skills, years of experience, and extracted keywords. You can also view your uploaded PDF document at any time using our secure viewer.

There are zero automatic recurring charges and no surprise renewals. When your pass ends, your card is never recharged.

Yes! If you purchase another pass while your current pass is active, the extra days are simply added on top of your existing remaining time. You will never lose any active days or hours.

Never. Fastlyy does not sell, rent, broker, or monetize your resume, contact info, or job search data to third-party recruiters, staffing agencies, or advertising brokers. Your resume is used solely to generate your personal match scores and power your dashboard.

No. We process resume text via enterprise API endpoints under strict non-training, stateless processing agreements. Your document content is never used to train or fine-tune public AI models.

Your resume is stored in private, access-controlled cloud object storage. Viewing your resume generates temporary, cryptographically signed URLs that expire after 1 hour. All data in transit is protected with TLS 1.3 encryption, and data at rest is encrypted with AES-256.

If you wish to have your account, uploaded resume, and tracking history permanently deleted, send a request to our support team at hello@fastlyy.com from your registered email address. Our team will permanently remove your user record, stored resume files from secure cloud storage, and profile data from our database.

We use privacy-first, first-party analytics that does not use third-party advertising cookies, does not sell or share personal data to ad networks, and does not monitor your activity across external websites.

Fastlyy uses Google Sign-In (OAuth 2.0 / SSO) as our exclusive, passwordless authentication method. We do not create, request, or store passwords on our servers. You can also view your active sessions, devices, and IP addresses in your account settings and remotely revoke any unrecognized sessions at any time.
