1. Acceptance & Eligibility

By creating an account, browsing job matches, uploading a resume, or purchasing an access pass on Fastlyy ("Fastlyy", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the platform.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register or use Fastlyy. You agree to use Fastlyy strictly for your own personal, non-commercial career search.

2. How Fastlyy Operates

Fastlyy is an automated job discovery platform for tech professionals. Our technology continuously monitors public corporate career sites and applicant tracking systems (including Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Ashby, SmartRecruiters, and others) to index newly published engineering, product, design, and tech vacancies as soon as they go live internally.

Our indexing accesses solely publicly available career pages. We do not bypass logins, firewalls, security controls, or paywalls.

3. Job Feeds & 24-Hour Expiration

To keep your job feed fresh and give you an early applicant advantage, active job listings are published to your feed and remain visible for twenty-four (24) hours from detection.

After 24 hours, unapplied postings expire from your live feed. If you wish to preserve a posting indefinitely, you must click "Save", which stores the listing in your personal Saved tab. Fastlyy is not liable for missed application opportunities resulting from listings that expire from the live feed.

4. Resume Uploads & Cooldown Limits

You may upload your resume in PDF or DOCX format. To prevent system overload and manage high artificial intelligence computing costs, Fastlyy enforces a strict cooldown period:

5. AI Matching & Resume Roast Tool

Fastlyy uses artificial intelligence algorithms and enterprise AI language model APIs to parse resume text, compute match percentages, identify skill proficiencies or gaps, and power our "Roast My Resume" review tool.

• Assistive Tool Only: AI match scores and critique feedback are probabilistic suggestions generated automatically to assist your job search. They do not constitute professional career counseling or recruiting endorsements.
• No Automated Hiring Decisions: Fastlyy does not make hiring decisions, evaluate candidates for employers, or filter candidates out of hiring pipelines.
• Independent Review: You are solely responsible for reviewing and tailoring your resume and application before submitting it to any company.

6. Third-Party Job Listings & Direct Application Links

When you click on a job match within Fastlyy, you are provided with a direct link to the employer's official career site or applicant tracking portal.

• We Do Not Apply on Your Behalf: Fastlyy does not auto-apply or submit applications for you. You submit all applications directly on the hiring company's external site.
• No Affiliation / Nominative Use: Fastlyy is an independent indexing platform. Company names and logos are used in a nominative capacity strictly to identify the hiring employer. We are not an employment agency, recruiter, or partner of any indexed company.
• No Guarantees: Employers can close, modify, or remove jobs at any time without warning. Fastlyy does not warrant that any job remains open or funded. We do not guarantee interviews, recruiter responses, or job offers.

7. Dream Company Tracking Requests

You may submit requests to track specific corporate career portals through our Dream Companies feature. We evaluate requests based on technical feasibility and crawler architecture. We do not guarantee that every requested company can be tracked, nor do we guarantee uninterrupted indexing for any specific corporate site.

8. Free Trial & One-Time Access Passes

Fastlyy operates with transparent, non-recurring pricing:

• Free Trial: New accounts receive full access for 3 days with no credit card required. When the trial ends, access pauses automatically.
• One-Time Passes: Paid access is offered strictly through one-time passes (e.g., 24-Hour, 7-Day, 30-Day, or 90-Day passes). There are zero recurring subscriptions and no automatic renewals. Once your pass duration expires, your account remains dormant without any further billing.
• Payment Processing (Dodo Payments): Payments are handled securely by our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments. Fastlyy never handles or stores full payment card details.
• Refunds: All purchases are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Because digital access and AI compute are delivered immediately upon checkout, passes are non-refundable except in qualifying cases of verified technical failures.

9. Account Security, Sessions & Device Audits

Account access on Fastlyy is authenticated exclusively via Google Sign-In (OAuth). You are responsible for safeguarding your Google account credentials and maintaining control over the devices you use to access the service. To help protect you against unauthorized access, credential stuffing, and session hijacking:

• Active Session Visibility: Fastlyy provides an active session overview in your account settings. This displays the devices, approximate locations, IP addresses, and browsers currently signed in to your account.
• Remote Session Revocation: If you detect an unrecognized login or lose access to a device, you can instantly terminate that session (or all other sessions) from your account settings.
• No Credential Sharing: Your Fastlyy account and pass are strictly non-transferable. You agree not to share, lend, or publish your access credentials. Sharing accounts across multiple individuals is grounds for immediate termination without refund.
• Automated Security Controls: We automatically log security and technical telemetry (including IP addresses and request rates) to enforce rate limits, detect abnormal concurrent logins, and defend against brute-force attacks.

10. Referral Program ("Earn Free Days")

Fastlyy may offer an "Earn Free Days" referral program. When an eligible new user signs up using your unique referral link, you may receive bonus days of pass access.

Referral abuse—such as creating fake accounts, self-referrals, bot generation, or posting spam links—is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of bonus days, and account suspension.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or mass-download job listings, match scores, or platform data from Fastlyy;
• Reverse-engineer or decompile our matching algorithms or proprietary software;
• Share, loan, or resell your account access or pass credentials to third parties;
• Bypass the 24-hour resume upload cooldown or platform rate limits;
• Upload files containing malware, viruses, or malicious exploits;
• Attempt to circumvent session security, spoof IP headers, or hijack other user accounts;
• Use the platform or its data feeds to send automated spam or harassing communications to employers.

12. Intellectual Property & User Resumes

Your Resume: You retain complete ownership of the resume and documents you upload. You grant Fastlyy only a limited license to store and parse your document to deliver your personalized job matches.

Fastlyy Property: The Fastlyy software, UI design, brand assets, logos, and matching systems are the exclusive property of Fastlyy.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate active sessions or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, engage in unauthorized scraping or bot activities, share credentials, or file fraudulent payment disputes. You may stop using Fastlyy at any time or request permanent account deletion by contacting support.

16. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at hello@fastlyy.com and attempt to resolve the matter informally for thirty (30) days. These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflicts of law principles.
